Miles ABA Services is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Silverdale, WA

This position is seeking a BCBA with experience in providing behavior analytic services. Our center is collaborative and provides ongoing services to clients from ages 2-20 years old. We are centered on creating joy- joy on the job and job for our clients. We believe that what we do matters for all and that our services provide the support needed to help everyone "fill their cup".

We ask our BCBAs to be fully engaged in their client's care, including providing direct services. This is good practice and makes us all better practitioners. We hold strongly to the fact that the BCBA is the lead of the care team and this requires ongoing training and practice.

We have a strong focus on research. We love to conduct research and then attend conferences to present those posters and findings.

We have a strong community connection with schools and other organizations

Behavior analysts will

Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

Design and monitor implementation of treatment plans

Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Conduct group trainings and supervisions

Provide family and caregiver trainings

Cultivate a culture of Compassion, Excellence and Reliability for our staff and families.

Qualifications:

Certified BCBA in good standing

Must obtain Washington behavior analyst license (LBA)Â prior to start date

Strong assessment and organizational skills

Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities

Solid communication

 Valid driver license

CPR Certified

 Pass a thorough background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 39 per week
